Our staff are highly trained to respond to any type of breakdown. Whether you are stranded in a city, on the motorway, on the countryside or you are in immediate danger. Our staff will look for accurate information, and ask you to confirm those, working out what other bits of information to find to assist.
These often vary; from tyre sizes, tyre positions, nature of tyre damage, load and speed indexes. Other times, our staff can challenge procedural drawbacks, to improve service delivery of our specific last-resort approach.
Our staff work well under pressure, and are naturally inquisitive, interested in their mission, which is to get vehicles across the country moving again.
